In January, after three years working with membership, Alison Watterson assumed a new role as the Organizational/Organisational Development and Strategy Manager overseeing membership management and growth. In her new position, she continues to gather data on membership to aid in strategic planning, and has also expanded into the development of club and regional leadership. Alison also serves as a key leader of the Membership Team, overseeing the administration of membership, training staff on best practices, and the transition into a new fiscal year.
