Quota International, Inc. began in Buffalo, New York, one year before women in America could legally vote. In 1919, business woman Wanda Frey Joiner boldly founded Quota as the first international women’s service club. Quota’s illustrious history preceded the Nineteenth Amendment, prohibiting any citizen from being denied the right to vote on 18 August 1920.
This 4th of November 2014 is Election Day across the United States. Make sure you exercise your right to vote!
